Below you will find links for our Kindergarten-Grade  registration information. Download the Enrollment Agreement, complete the form, and return it along with the Annual Family Fee.

 All families are eligible for an ESA, but you must apply or reapply each school year. The ESA link below will take you to the information page where you can complete an application or login to your existing account.

 Families are also encouraged each year to apply for STO financial assistance through FACTS. For answers to frequently asked questions and income guidelines, please visit the Our Faith, Our Children, Our Future website: https://www.ourfaithsto.org/faqs-for-parents.  

 To apply for STO, sign in using an existing FACTS account or create a new one if you are applying for the first time. Your 2025 tax documents will be needed to complete the application. STO application link: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3ZC82. An STO application is required to receive any additional local assistance.
